Both YŪGEN and the local partners regularly visit the offered accommodations. We also try out all activities ourselves and are always looking for new gems. Unfortunately, we cannot be everywhere at once, all the time. Local people largely affect your local experience. A change of only one staff member can lead to a completely different quality level. For example: another cleaning lady, cook or guide. That is why we value the feedback of our customers.

All our partners must have the deepest respect for human rights and for mother nature. We want to offer responsible destinations and adventures. That is why we also count on the fact that if you notice something during your trip that is inconsistent with YŪGEN's values, you will inform us of this. Especially when dealing with wild animals ignorance or pursuit of profit can lead to problems or even death of the animal. YŪGEN therefore only wants to work with guides and providers who put the welfare of wild animals first, who respect their freedom and do not feed or touch them so that the tourist can take a nice photo.

Last but certainly not least, we constantly like to improve our own service and for this reason too we ask your feedback. As a token of our gratitude, we send a gift voucher worth 35 EUR/USD to all our customers who complete our review form when back home from their YŪGEN adventure. The voucher can be used when booking a new trip with YŪGEN on condition that the total sales price of the invoice is at least 1000 EUR. Or, you can make someone else happy! After all, the voucher can be passed on to friends, family, colleagues,... acquaintances.
